Janet Werner (b. 1959, Winnipeg, Manitoba) lives and works in Montreal, Quebec. She acquired her MFA from Yale College in 1987. Werner’s work is within the collections of the Musée du Québec, Musée d’artwork contemporain (Montreal), The Artwork Gallery of Ontario (AGO), Toronto, Owens Artwork Gallery (Sackville), the Canadian Embassy in Berlin, College of Lethbridge (Alberta), Winnipeg Artwork Gallery, the Mendel Artwork Gallery and quite a few non-public and company collections.
