The Trophy Room LA is thrilled to current our inaugural exhibition with Los Angeles-based artist Michael Draghi titled A California Far Far Away, a solo exhibition that includes works on view from September 16-October 22, 2023. There can be an artist reception on Saturday, September sixteenth, from 5-9 p.m. please be a part of the artist and gallery in celebration.
The visible language of Michael Draghi’s artwork follow is influenced by the artist’s upbringing in Southern California. “As an artist, I’m continuously impressed by California’s vibrant and dynamic tradition. I like incorporating numerous parts into my work, from colourful emojis and playful phrases to intricate three-dimensional objects and iconic browsing imagery. By mixing these numerous parts, I goal to create distinctive and fascinating items that seize the power and spirit of the Golden State.”
Matthew Gardocki has been working and exhibiting in galleries for the final 20+ years. After a variety of years spent working for gallerists Patrick Painter, Mark Moore, and Billy Shire (La Luz de Jesus Gallery), he has determined to strike out on his personal. Taking his expertise working in each the Up to date and Lowbrow/Outsider artwork scenes, he seems to be to bridge the hole by placing on high-quality exhibitions and a small retail area providing artist-made items and gallery editions.
